For Whistle-Blowers who have become well-known in the public and have used their public voices for good to support other public causes like Julian Assange and Wikileaks, is it too much to ask that these types of Whistle-Blowers and other Journalists supporting the same causes band together to help expose these Torture-for-Profit Programs rolled out under the guise of surveillance? Especially when they are supporting Julian Assange: a Targeted & Tortured Journalist himself with a previous history of growing up in a Mind Control Cult in Australia; Wikileaks have released almost 10,000 leaks on Directed Energy Weapons which include leaked NSA emails mocking Targets being Microwaved. There is power in numbers — if they all spoke up together with Torture victims it would publicly expose these Heinous Crimes Against Humanity to the masses.
Most Targeted People have a plethora of evidence to prove COINTELPRO community stalking/harassment/physical assaults, police involvement, punitive psychiatry, implants, medical evidence, witnesses, computer hacking, and other types of organized crime, declassified documents on some of the weaponry, implants, and mind control technology used on Targeted People for Torture.
Speaking-Out: Risk Assessment, & How is it Possible for Journalists, Activists to Speak-Out for Publicly Persecuted Figures Like Julian Assange & Not for Targeted People (which include Journalists, Professionals, Censored Intel/Scientists/Engineer Whistle-Blowers) #TargetedLikeJulianAndWorse?
Many of the Journalists and Whistle-Blowers publicly claim to live by similar words as Julian Assange has famously spoken and applaud his ethos:
“Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence and thereby eventually lose all ability to defend ourselves and those we love.”
Journalists and Whistle-Blowers often quote the leaks at Wikileaks for exposing war crimes and torture around the world; so why do the majority avoid the leaks that link to the use of Directed Energy Weapons used on civilians in the Western world as well as globally?
Is it too risky to link to lone Investigative Science and Technology Journalist Ramola D’s EveryDayConcerned.net articles for the last five years exposing these crimes or any other available website exposing the same, or helping Targeted People expose their evidence?
Can’t they all do more to spread awareness without taking too big a risk?

If we all band together and do it in a public arena like many are doing (including Targeted People) in helping to expose Julian Assange’s targeting and no-touch torture in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London which he has since been evicted from to a prison which has been described as UK’s Guantanamo, (many of Assange’s supporters worldwide are living in insidious electronic mind/body/home/community concentration camps and Guantanamo Bay style Torture which is no exaggeration!), then any vexatious retaliatory actions by Governments and other Authority Bodies towards those utilising their Free Speech and exposing Crimes against Humanity, Genocide, Democide will be witnessed in full public view like we are currently witnessing in the cases of Julian Assange and Chelsea Manning.

It’s a Societal Problem — not just a Targeted Individual’s Problem
At some point Non-Targets (which is a misnomer as we are all being targeted to some degree in these Orwellian and Digital times) will have to step up and help Targeted People to get justice just like in their minority some brave Non-Jews helped rescue and hide Jews during the Holocaust in WWII.
Targeted People are Whistle-Blowers of their own Torture shared by millions of other sufferers worldwide but many of us continue to be activists and supporters of other worldly causes and continue to help other Targeted People of which we are punished for via these Torture-for-Profit Programs. However, keeping silent does not stop our Torture either, nor will it stop anyone else from becoming Targeted, now or in the future: silence has never cured any criminal of their crimes, least of all an organized crime cartel within our corrupted governmental systems that profit from Zersetzung on all areas of a Targeted Person’s life including their nearest and dearest whilst controlling whole communities making it a societal problem and not just a Targeted Individual’s problem — no one gets Targeted without it effecting everyone they know or come into contact with to some extent.

Worryingly, in Scotland, there is an Interim Vulnerable Persons Database (VPD), initiated in 2013 and implemented in 2014 throughout Scotland, compiled by police under the guise of surveillance and “pre-crime and future-crime” prevention of any adult or child deemed “vulnerable”.
A freedom of information request from Police Scotland revealed that there is no statute definition for what qualifies as “vulnerable” nor “a statutory criteria for inclusion”. Any person could be added to this database by the police based on their own biases, pre-meditated agenda, or knowingly wrongful targeting and false-labelling of a person, and by their subjective and unqualified opinion of who is “vulnerable”. Police Scotland claim they base this judgement on anyone they deem to be living in “adversity, situational vulnerability, and perpetrators”.
However, the digital rights campaigning organisation The Open Rights Group, have highlighted their concerns about this database for a plethora of human rights and privacy issues, not only concerning those (mis)labelled by an undefined classification of “vulnerable” but for including in the database individuals who are witnesses to an incident, relatives/friends of a “vulnerable” person or perpetrator, and third party individuals like interpreters and social workers connected to a “vulnerable” person who are classed as No Concern/Not Applicable yet still included in the same database with privacy invaded and personal data collected without their consent or knowledge as most people on the database are not aware.
The VPD was found in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998 in 2017 by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for retaining information on individuals that was no longer relevant. Since February 2019, a new “weeding” process has been implemented: individuals records are continually up-dated or removed as necessary and those (now) classed as No Concern — their records are deleted after six months.
Disturbingly, the freedom of information request from Police Scotland revealed that records from their VPD database is often shared with “other public and third sector bodies”, (for example this could include councils, schools, hospitals, GPs, charities, non-profits), and that once a record is “weeded-out” deleted there is no tracking process whatsoever to have an individual’s record deleted everywhere it was shared. It appears that once information is shared with each public and third sector body that external body then becomes the authority over that particular record and how it is stored and used, regardless of any changes of status or deletion of that record.
Importantly, this means that an individual’s record can be held by any number of public and third sector bodies without the individuals consent or knowledge and without any process in place of knowing who holds and still holds this (falsified/mischaracterized) record.
A loophole is that ICO states that once data is shared externally, it is the third party who the retention policy rules under. An obvious reason of how and why surveillance abuses can and do occur due to databases which can include falsified or subjective opinions, baseless and mischaracterized labels, and sensitive personal data which affects a person’s privacy, life, and treatment in the community as any knowingly and wrongfully targeted individual by corrupt public and private sector bodies will attest to. The Open Rights Group have also raised concerns over people’s testimony of being stigmatized by the (mis)label and undefined “vulnerable” listing or being connected to someone who is labelled “vulnerable” on the VPD.

How are the Most Illegally Suppressed and Oppressed Voices of Targeting and Torture by Government Authority Bodies Supposed to Obtain Justice and Put an End to Their Torture by Themselves?

However, our Targeted Community of Genuine Torture Victims, and of which we are all Whistle-Blowers of Classified Deep State Crimes and Torture, has been infiltrated by paid trolls, Intel agents masquerading as victims to gaslight, stalk, and mimic true victims as well as put out content that mocks victims and portrays Targets as delusional and mentally unstable to defame the resilience, courage, and genuine evidence most Torture Victims possess.
On top of this continued PSYOP on reporting Torture Victims, unlike most reporting victims of crime, Targeted People do not have the option of co-operative, supportive, and helpful Law Enforcement, Government Officials, Health Professionals, Intelligence Agencies, Human Rights Organisations, Journalists and other Media Outlets who ALL or ALMOST ALL IGNORE reporting Torture Victims in spite of any visible evidence, no investigations are conducted, the Victim is often threatened with unjustified mental health assessments, as well as co-ordinated set-ups can be used on reporting victims for false arrests, false allegations to either imprison the victim or section the victim in order to silence their evidence, whistle-blowing, and stop exposure of these Modern Day Remote Electronic Prisons and in person Community Stalking, Harassment Programs 24/7 everywhere the Victim goes, with no privacy in their head, body, home, telecommunications, bio-hacked/-tracked 24/7.
How to be Supportive
Despite all the hard work of Reporting Torture Victims under immense stress and abnormal living and sleeping conditions beyond most people’s imagination of Classified Stealth-/Neuro-Weaponry Torture:
- we need public exposure as we are being censored,
- we need Journalists to report on our evidence, research, findings, declassified documents, Intel Whistle-Blowers’ testimonies and more.
We need public reach by other Journalists, Activists, Human Rights Organisations, and other high-profile Whistle-Blowers’ who know about these Torture-for-Profit Programs:
- to help share our evidence and research,
- to help support our activism,
- to help raise our public profile when it is being censored, manipulated, and controlled by PSYOP disinformation campaigns to silence the Truth.
We need public support by helping us to share public education on these Crimes Against Humanity that many Targeted People have compiled, and we need as many people as possible to demand that Governments, Law Enforcement, Fusion Centres, Intelligence Agencies, Private Contractors stop committing these atrocities and ban the use of Psychotronic Weaponry and Electronic Warfare on anyone for any reason.

Mental Health Fraud
To be clear, one of the many psychological warfare tactics used on a Target/Whistle-blower is the knowingly false claim of mental illness as a cover-up story of Real-Life Crimes and Torture.
Secondly, not every target has been assessed or been set-up with a false mental illness diagnosis
- – some Targets have no experience of this,
- – some have psychiatrists knowingly and falsely diagnosing the Target as part of a set-up and as part and parcel of being a victim of Torture-for-Profit programs by Five Eye Intelligence Global Organized Crime Network and Fusion-Centre Led Treason,
- – some have psychiatrists and psychologists who diagnose the Target of mentally Sane Mind who the organized crime cartel have not been able to co-opt, corrupt, pay off, or scare off.
